Personal profile:
Dr. Deng received a bachelor’s degree Chongqing University of Technology in 2007 and a doctorate degree from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2012. Upon graduation, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at South China University of Technology from 2012 to 2015. Later, he became an assistant professor at China’s only State Key Laboratory of Biological Fermentation Engineering of Bee. He main research interests include food microbiology, bacterial biofilm and vbnc research. So far he has published over 30 articles.
