Liang Anhui is a distinguished professor of the "Hundred Talents Program" of Guangdong University of Technology, a leader in optoelectronic engineering, and a doctoral supervisor. He used to be the deputy director of the Academic Committee of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the director of the Optical Communication and Bio-Optics Research Center of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and the president of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as a professor and doctoral supervisor. Served as a representative of the National Congress (China has only two hundred representatives in China, and Liang is the only representative in the field of optical fiber communication for two consecutive sessions), and served as the deputy director of the Information Science Committee of Guangdong University of Technology.
